I loved the spacious room with a kitchen and comfy beds. Free bike rentals made getting around a breeze. The staff was helpful and sent all necessary info before arrival. Biking to major sights was easy and affordable, with nearby parking stations.
Can't think of anything.

This accommodation offers great value for money: comfortable rooms, free bike rentals, and free washing facilities, to name a few benefits. the staff are incredibly friendly and speak English very well, offering helpful suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. the location is slightly removed from the city center but is within walking distance of public transportation, making it a great base for exploring the local area.
The kitchen facilities were a bit lacking, with a limited range of cooking utensils and equipment.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, and great location. the staff sent an email with all the important information prior to arrival, making the check-in process simple. the location was ideal, with easy access to the main station and bike parking stations nearby. the bikes offered were a great way to explore the city and allowed us to easily visit attractions such as Nishiki market and Gion district.
Although the room was spacious, it could have been cleaner. We also found that some necessary items were missing, such as cooking utensils and towel rails.

Had an amazing Christmas stay in this hotel! The staff sent an email before our arrival with all the relevant information we needed. The room was so spacious with plenty of storage options for our belongings. The bikes were in excellent condition, making it easy and enjoyable to travel around the city. The location was perfect as it only took us around 15-20 minutes to get to major attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets.
The check-in process was a bit unorganized, which caused a delay in us getting into our room. the kitchen was poorly equipped, lacking essential utensils and cooking tools.
